About Krista

With three decades of service in healthcare, non-profit, education, and business, Krista is proud of the innovation and transformation she has co-created. Having been a primary caregiver and part of care teams for many, she understands first hand the consuming nature of grief and loss. Through her own journey, she has learned how to grow in a way that has rekindled her mind, heart, and spirit.

Above all, Krista identifies as a catalyst and contributor. She is passionate about diving gently and honestly into life's authentic moments to shine a light on the immense power within every human. Personally, she is overjoyed to be creating a family with her partner, Patrick, and two creative and kind kids in Covington, Kentucky.

Good Grief

Midlife Calm

What would happen if you silenced societal expectations to the point you could hear your true inner voice? How would it feel to embrace that you are a human being not a human doing? This is what happens and how it feels to experience your Midlife Calm.
